Plugin is installed yet not displayed on plugin list - Pestashop 1.6
I've tried to install PrestaBackup but it is not shown on the plugin list. So, I cannot even use it. Can someone help me please? Thank you
It works for files backup but gives 500 error while backing up database
After re-upluading plugins, It works fine for files backup. However, database backup always returns 500 error.
Hi, Yes, most likely initially it was damaged during uploading. Does making the database backup take a long time? Try to change option "Method" to "mysqldump" in the database settings section, hopefully it'll help.

Gateway error
After some seconds I have a 505 Gateway error.
Sorry, I can't even suggest a possible reason of the problem, 505 is one of the rarest errors. Try to reupload the module and clear the cache, hopefully it'll help.
