These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. Refunds
Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless it's legally required.

Software purchased from Presta.Site includes limited free support including first installation and configuration support, access to re-downloading purchased software and limited technical support. Anything else will require paid support.
Proprietary rights and conditions
All rights, titles and interests including, but not limited to, copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to the software (including but not limited to all graphics, text files and codes) are owned by Presta.Site. Such rights are protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Presta.Site retains all rights not expressly granted herein. You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software unless the otherwise specified in license agreement. The software, including any modified or customized versions, cannot be resold, redistributed, or offered as a service without explicit written permission from Presta.Site. Presta.Site reserves the right to refuse permission to use this software product to any individual or company for any reason, and may do so without notice.

Licenses
Each copy of the software must be used for only one production website / domain. Each copy may be used on additional test servers related to the production domain as well. You are not permitted to make copies of the software without first purchasing the appropriate additional licenses. This license does not grant any reseller privileges.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent allowed by all applicable law, this software is provided to you "as is" without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, express or implied. Presta.Site specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of responsibility
You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Presta.Site , its employees, agents and distributors against any and all claims, proceedings, demand and costs resulting from or in any way connected with your use of Presta.Site's Software. In no event (including, without limitation, in the event of negligence) will Presta.Site, its employees, agents or distributors be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of use, business interruption, loss of information or data, or pecuniary loss), in connection with or arising out of or related to this Agreement, the software or the use or inability to use the software or the furnishing, performance or use of any other matters hereunder whether based upon contract, tort or any other theory including negligence.
Presta.Site's entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of the Software (maximum being the lesser of the amount paid by you and the suggested retail price as listed by Presta.Site) in exchange for the return of the product, all copies, registration papers and manuals, and all materials that constitute a transfer of license from the customer back to Presta.Site.
