Instead of manually re-selecting the same filters, columns, and sorting options every day, you can save your perfect configuration and load it with a single click.<\/p>\n<p>Filter sets are incredibly useful for recurring workflows such as fulfillment queues, B2B order checks, unpaid order reviews, marketplace follow-ups, or identifying orders that require immediate shipping attention.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Filter Sets overview<\/h2>\n<h2>What is Stored in a Filter Set?<\/h2>\n<p>When you save a filter set, the module captures a complete snapshot of your current workspace, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Applied Filter Values<\/strong>: The specific criteria you are searching for (e.g., Status = &#8220;Payment accepted&#8221;).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter Layout<\/strong>: Which filters are currently active versus inactive and their active filter positions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visible Columns<\/strong>: Your customized grid layout, including column widths.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sorting Preferences<\/strong>: The column you are sorting by and the direction (ascending\/descending).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date Range<\/strong>: The time period selected beside the order list (e.g., All, Today, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or This year).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Native Filters<\/strong>: Any underlying PrestaShop admin filter states.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visuals &amp; Ownership<\/strong>: The set&#8217;s name, assigned color, and the employee who created it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Note: &#8220;Pins&#8221; (which sets appear on your quick-access toolbar) are stored separately per employee. If you have pinned the set, you can click its colored badge at the bottom of the block. Loading a set instantly refreshes the grid with your saved filters, columns, sorting, and date range.<\/p>\n<h3>Editing an Existing Set<\/h3>\n<p>To update a filter set:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Load the set you want to change.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the filters, columns, sorting, or date range as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save filter set<\/strong> and use the <em>exact same name<\/em> to overwrite it. (Use a different name to create a new variation instead).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Deleting a Set<\/h3>\n<p>Open the filter set dropdown and click the trash can (delete) icon next to the set&#8217;s name.<\/p>\n<h2>Pinning and Live Order Counts<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pinned filter sets<\/strong> appear as colored, quick-access badges at the bottom of the <strong>Order filter<\/strong> block. Every employee has their own personal pinned list, meaning you can customize your toolbar without affecting your colleagues.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pin a new set using the checkbox during creation, or pin an existing set using the pin icon in the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<li>Unpinning removes the badge from your toolbar but does not delete the saved set.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Live Counts<\/strong>: Both the dropdown menu and your pinned badges display real-time matching-order counts. Initial and dropdown count refreshes are requested in small batches. Pin and unpin refreshes can calculate all pinned counts in the same request. The currently loaded pinned set has a dark outline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ownership and Permissions<\/h2>\n<p>Filter sets are tied to employee profiles in the back office.
